Job description for Chief Executive Officer:
Our client enables Enterprise IT partners & resellers to design, deploy and adopt IT technologies to facilitate their customer needs. Having relationship with large Global IT companies like Oracle, HPE, HPI, Apple, GTB Technologies, Corero, Cobalt iron , GoAnywhere, Knowbe4, RansNet, BPE and many more. They cover geographies from Philippines, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Maldives.
The client is currently looking for a Chief Executive Officer. The position is authorized for the management of the company and its subsidiary group.
Reporting Relationships:
1. Accountable to the BOD for the performance of his resposibilities and for keeping them abreast of events and circumstances that have material impact to the organization
2. Responsible to the execution team for leading, managing, and mentoring, and developing an environment, that is based upon technical excellence, teamwork, mutual respect, and trust
Delegated Authorities:
1. authorized to purchase non-capital equipment and materials to the value of US$ 50.000 within budget limits
2. authorized to purchase capital equipment and materials to the value of US$ 10.000 within budget limits (any capital equipment amount above that limit would require the authority from the Board)
3. authorized to recuruit and terminate staff in line with Company Procedure and Policy
4. Authorized to allocate financial rewards to staff within the constraints of the reward budget
