Job description for Admin cum Customer Service:

Our client is a well-known dance academy in SIngapore. They are looking for a passionate Admin cum Customer Service Executive to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios. Responsibiliies: - Greeting customers - Responding to inquiries (email, phone, walk-ins) - Registering students for classes - Understand all classes and schedules offered by the academy in depth to effectively advise customers - Respond to incoming inquires and leads in a prompt and efficient manner, managing the registration process from initial contact through to signing them up as a fully paid student - Provide excellent levels of customer service, responding to all types of enquiries to both new prospective and existing clients in a fast and efficient manner - Communicate within and across admin, sales and teachers teams to achieve buisness goals of service excellence and growth (sales). Working hours - Mondays to Wednesdays OR Wednesdays to Fridays 10:00 am to 7:00 pm AND - Saturday & Sunday 9:00am to 6:00pm

Must-have requirements for Admin cum Customer Service:

- Customer service experience or sales role - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills - Comfortable with Excel and customer management systems - Good attention to detail and organized - Ability to learn and follow procedures - Good practical common sense - Conscientious, self-motivated and a drive to get things done - Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or Sales. - Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team - Ability to find creative ways around problems, and a drive to get things done
