As a Solutions & Project Executive, you will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — supporting projects from implementation and deployment through to ongoing operations and improvement.
This is more than just a project coordination role. You will have the opportunity to understand client needs, support solution development, coordinate project delivery, conduct demos and training, solve operational challenges, and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
(A) Project Delivery & Operations
- Manage system implementation projects from planning and testing through deployment and ongoing operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Manage project scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables and service quality.
- Coordinate with regional teams, clients, transport operators, vendors and other partners.
- Set up transport services through the company’s operations platform.
- Conduct system testing, operational checks and user training.
- Monitor project progress, transport operations and service KPIs.
- Track driver, vendor and customer-support performance to ensure services run smoothly.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating critical matters when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, reports and status updates.
(B) Pre-Sales & Solutioning
- Support product demonstrations, technical feasibility assessments and solution discussions.
- Gather client requirements and ensure proposed solutions address their operational needs.
- Prepare proposals, scope-of-work documents, presentation decks and RFP responses.
- Configure and conduct Proof of Concept projects for prospective clients.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with contractual requirements, delivery capabilities and the company’s product roadmap.
(C) Customer Success & Improvement
- Provide first-line support to clients, transport partners and vendors.
- Respond to product, operational and in-app enquiries.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, operational workflows and customer experience.
- Develop processes, analytics and measurable KPIs to improve service performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- One to three years of customer facing experience in project management, technology implementation and operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Confident engaging senior client stakeholders and training users who may not be technologically savvy.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly.
- Organised, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to remain professional and resolve issues calmly under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, JIRA, Notion, Metabase or similar tools is advantageous.
- Able to provide occasional support outside regular working hours when required to maintain service continuity.
