Solution Data Analyst Intern

Job Description

1. Process Analysis & Mapping

a. Support the Solution Consulting Team in documenting and analysing AS-IS business and operational processes

b. Assist in process mapping activities by identifying workflows, business rules, operational requirements, and data flow

c. Organise and structure information collected from workshops, site surveys, interviews, and client discussions

d. Support the preparation of process flow diagrams, business process maps, and business analysis documentation

2. Data Analysis & Data Mapping

a. Analyse and interpret client data from various sources, including:

• Machine and equipment data
• Production and manufacturing data
• Manpower and workforce information
• Quality and operational performance data
• Inventory and transactional data

b. Perform data cleansing, validation, transformation, and consolidation activities

c. Support data mapping exercises between systems

d. Identify relationships, dependencies, and business rules within datasets to support solution design and integration activities

3. Mock-up & Demonstration Data Preparation

a. Generate realistic datasets for:

• Pre-sales demonstrations
• Solution application design
• Application showcases and demonstrations

b. Ensure generated datasets accurately represent real business and manufacturing scenarios

c. Support the consulting team in preparing solution demonstration and presentations

4. Testing Data Preparation

a. Create and maintain test datasets for application development and testing activities

b. Generate sample data covering various business scenarios, edge cases, and operational conditions

c. Support project teams by preparing and validating test data for:

• Functional Testing
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Field Acceptance Testing (FAT)

d. Assist in ensuring data completeness, consistency, and quality throughout project execution

Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor's (S1) or currently pursuing/recently graduated in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
3. Familiarity Python and/or other data analytics tools is an advantage
4. Understanding of data modelling, data transformation, and data visualisation concepts is preferred
5. Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and techniques is an advantage
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excellent attention to detail
7. Good written and verbal communication skills and documentation abilities
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
9. Willingness to learn about manufacturing operations, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation projects
10. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and prioritize assignments
11. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets
12. Good written and verbal communication skills
13. Must be reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering quality work
14. Willing to stay in Bandung
