Job description for Software Development Intern at Fencore Pte. Ltd.
Fencore is a Singapore-based data management software company serving the investment management industry. We deliver next-generation, AI-driven data management solutions to financial institutions globally.
As we expand our team, we are looking to train new talent to join our technology team as a Software Development Intern. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience developing features and maintaining an enterprise-grade data management platform, working with financial data and learning how technology is used to solve complex data management challenges within the institutional investment industry. We are committed to helping interns grow and they will have direct access to our CTO.
The Software Development Intern will support the improvement and maintenance of our proprietary platform, with responsibilities including:
- Analysing technical and design requirements
- Solution design
- Developing front and back-end code
- Developing AI-centric features
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and solving logical problems. An interest in financial technology, investment management or enterprise software would be advantageous.
Experience with vue.js and C# is preferred and equivalent languages are acceptable. Training on Fencore's platform will be provided.
This position follows a remote working arrangement.
