Objective
Mengembangkan performa media sosial Kokoro Story melalui strategi konten, distribusi, community management (respon DM & Comment), dan analisis performa untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, engagement, dan pertumbuhan akun secara organik.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Research social media trends, competitors, and audience insights.
- Create content briefs and collaborate with the Graphic Designer.
- Write captions and manage Instagram Stories & Threads.
- Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and DMs.
- Monitor content performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Recommend content improvements based on analytics.
- Assist in content production as talent or production crew when required.
Qualifications
- Female, 20–30 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Threads.
- Good copywriting and communication skills.
- Familiar with social media analytics.
- Creative, proactive, and up to date with digital trends.
- Willing to appear as on-camera talent when needed.
- Full Work From Office (WFO), Monday–Friday (Cengkareng, West Jakarta).
- Portfolio is mandatory.
