Job Description:
1. Develop and manage content plans for Instagram and TikTok, especially for makeup and beauty brands.
2. Create content concepts, briefs, and creative directions aligned with brand identity and current trends.
3. Coordinate content production with freelance photographers and other creative partners.
4. Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
5. Handle basic graphic design and content editing for social media.
6. Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Content Supervisor or in a similar role.
2. Proven experience in social media content, preferably for makeup or beauty brands.
3. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends.
4. Basic graphic design and content editing skills.
5. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
6. Experience working with photographers, videographers, or freelancers is a plus.
7. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
8. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
