- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business/Communication (preferably in Advertising)
- Having at least 1-2 years experiences as a Marcom/Social Media Specialist/Content or similar experience
- Familiar with digital campaign & Social Media Management
- Deep understanding of Communication, Social Media, Popular Trend & Marketing
- Good English in oral and written (preferred)
- Ability to work within deadlines, deliver on time, and be organized in your workflow.
- Able to identify target audience preferences and build content
- Open to feedback and willing to make changes and willing to learn
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Basic Design Tools (preferably in Adobe Family)
- Developed social media planning for growth, promotion & content
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for Social Media, Digital Marketing & Marketplace/Website Campaign
- Track campaign budget & result through various social media & marketing channel
- Make weekly Social Media report
- Create Monthly social media event that generate growth
- Create weekly social media activity for Social Media
- Able to maintain communication with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Media through Endorsement, Event or Webinars
- Able to identify client target audience preference as on brief & build content ideation
- Create continues improvement trough social media matrix and analytics, explore knowledge, and compare best practice of digital media industries with competitor.
