SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Develop social media strategy, content planning, and posting schedules aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage daily activities across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Create and optimize engaging content aligned with brand identity, audience, and current trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in branding, campaigns, and communication.
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate social media performance to support future content and marketing strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related positions is preferred.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, content planning, and brand communication.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, social media insights, and content management tools.
- Creative, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.
- Strong sense of branding, trend awareness, and social media aesthetics.
