- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification
- Plan, create, publish and share new content on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness & customer engagement
- Responsible for the performance of the company's social media accounts.
- Collaborate with teams to develop social media campaigns
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns
- Copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Social Media experts: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Social media or content marketing experience a plus
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
