Role and responsibilities :
- create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms such as instagram, tiktok, twitter, and youtube. this may include writing blog post, designing graphics, shooting short videos, or creating infographics
- content scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms
- monitor and manage social media channels, fostering community engagement, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining the brands online reputation
- analytics and reporting : help in tracking and compiling social media metrics and KPI's
- staying update on social media trends and monitor competitor activity
- administrative tasks : organize and maintain digital assets. collecting database of customer community
