Job description for Social Media Specialist (Full-Time/Part-Time) (J) at Ato Partners
- Building and executing social media strategies through competitive and audience research
- Setting up and optimizing company pages on social media platforms to increase visibility of social content
- Generating, editing, publishing and sharing daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Moderating all user-generated content in line with each community’s moderation policy
- Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborating with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- 21 years old and above
- Education: Local diploma / overseas & local degrees
- Commitment of at least 3 months without significant disruption
- Fluent in communication
