Job description for Social Media Marketer / Content Creator at Lovingly Signed
- Plan and execute social media plan, including the creation of assets (images, videos) and scheduling posts
- Build good engagement with customers on social media platforms, responding to queries and complaints promptly
- Propose ideas and design weekly email newsletters
- Brainstorm and develop creative assets for digital advertising that align with the brand image and marketing goals
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal occasions and sales promotions
- Manage influencer sponsorship and collaborations
- Generating blog content and following SEO requirements
- Prepare assets for new product listings, including product images and description
- Manage and update the main homepage consistently to ensure new products and promotions are featured
- Review and evaluate new collaboration/partnership requests from corporates, and understand the needs and requirements
- Manage corporate collaborations/partnerships, including the creation of discount codes and marketing assets when necessary
- Prepare assets and copy for press features/mentions when needed
- At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing will be preferred
- Familiarity with Adobe apps including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
- Great eye for design and photography, having a good understanding of brand identity and art direction
- Videography and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other editing software) will be a bonus
- Copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt to different tones of voice depending on the context
