Job description for Social Media Manager at HelperPlace

With more than 300,000 users, HelperPlace is one of the most innovative platform supporting foreign domestic workers to find the right employer.

As a Social Media Manager, you will have a strong and intimate knowledge of the social media landscape, strategic initiatives and be responsible for managing social media accounts and bringing social media initiatives to life through project management, content creation, photography, graphic design, excellent copywriting, social monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all company social media account management and manage social media channels and platforms
  • You will plan, develop and implement integrated social media strategies
  • Create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, devising campaign tactics and implementation schedules
  • Build and maintain a brand community by proactively engaging with audiences across platforms.
  • Build social advertising for digital platforms. Advanced knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their communities (Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) and how they can be deployed in various initiatives
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages
  • Work with creative team to create creative content including photography, designing imagery and copywriting for social media channels
  • Work with marketing and vendor to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
  • Mine analytics data and develop strategies for content creation, optimizing social channels and initiatives, increase engagement, and to build brand awareness
  • Manage overall analytics for social media including daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting on campaign performance, social interaction and digital communications

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Energetic, motivated and social-media savvy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and business-minded who thrive in an ever-changing environment and are up to any challenge that arises
