We are the Official Education Partner of Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy (CMRA) in Southeast Asia to deliver their curriculum and certification for both K-12 STEAM education and Technical & Vocational Education Training (TVET). Through our training and certification, high school students enhance their chances of entering the best universities worldwide, and university and college graduates get access to internship opportunities and jobs of the future.
We're building a fresh brand presence and looking for a creative intern to help tell our story online.
Through this internship program, you'll get:

- Never-ending possibilities to learn a wide range of skills,
- Work alongside a highly motivated, dynamic, and international team of professionals,
- A flat hierarchy with short decision-making processes,
- A cheerful working environment where results matter; no formality.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish daily content across FRA Social Media.
- Produce simple, trend-driven short videos, such as classroom moments, learning tips, student activities, and program highlights.
- Design clean, on-brand graphics for program announcements, events, enrollment campaigns, and educational tips.
- Adapt trends in a way that fits an education brand, keeping content fun but credible for parents and professionals.
- Help cover events, classes, and workshops with photos and short clips when on-site.
- Reply to comments and DMs with guidance from the team, and route enrollment inquiries to the right person.
- Share a short weekly performance recap.
Requirements:
- Open to students and fresh graduates from any major. A creative eye and a love for social media matter more than your degree.
- Still taking one or two classes? That's fine. We can work around your schedule as long as you can keep up with daily content deadlines.
- A portfolio is required. Please include your portfolio or links to your previous content/work when applying.
- Active on social media with a good sense of what's trending.
- Basic video editing (CapCut) and graphic design (Canva) skills.
- Able to adjust tone for different audiences: playful for kids' programs, reassuring for parents, and professional for executive education.
- Comfortable working around children and following privacy & consent guidelines.
- Organized, self-driven, and reliable when working remotely.
- A strong team player who collaborates and communicates well in a remote setting.
- Committed to giving your best in every task, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- A growth mindset: open to feedback, eager to learn, and always looking for ways to improve.
