The Foodhall Indonesia (PT Swalayan Sukses Abadi), part of MAP Group, is currently seeking a Social Media Intern to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to support content production (static visuals & short‑form videos).
- Assist in preparing and organizing content for various social media platforms.
- Help handle Customer Service inquiries through WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Stay updated and contribute ideas based on current social media trends.
Requirements
- Active undergraduate students with no class to attend (majoring in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Multimedia, Design, Business, or related fields); Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Open to students needing internship credits (University Internship Program)
- Available to work full-time from office
- Knowledge and understanding of social media content, analytics, and platform insights.
- Strong interest in social media trends, digital culture, and online engagement.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
