Job Description
Position : Social Media Executive
Department : Brand & Marketing
Reports to : Brand Marketing Manager
Business Units Managed : 5 units under PK Entertainment Group (PK Group, Entertainment, Music, Films, Capital)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies for all assigned business units
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (photo, video, copy) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
- Manage daily social media operations including scheduling, posting, community management, and responding to messages/comments
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for campaigns, events, and promotional activities
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools
- Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize content and strategy
- Ensure consistent branding and tone across all business units
- Handle basic editing of visuals and videos (preferred)
- Support marketing initiatives as required
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Good copywriting skills and ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools are an advantage)
- Strong communication skills and teamwork capability
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
