Job description for Social Media & Analytics Manager Cum Writer at Voxxy Media
- Support, organize, setup, implement, and track results of social media campaigns, influencer marketing campaigns and Voxxy and its brands social media marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams and Voxxy’s brands to create social media posts and curate the campaigns – including generating ideas for (& at times creating on your own) copy, graphics, promotions, etc.
- Develop & maintain an optimal post schedule, & engagement, as well as initiatives across our other marketing channels like IG, LinkedIn & any other new channels
- Responsible for the planning and reporting for organic social media content, ensuring all content aligns with the broader brand communications plan and brand positioning
- Work collaboratively with the Business Development, Brand Solutions, Marketing & Influencer Marketing teams to ensure they are supported in addressing client needs on our social platforms
- Suggest new ways to attract clients and build engaging content ideas
- Participate in brainstorms and planning sessions related to PR, marketing and event activations
- Develop and evolve current strategies aimed around UGC and influencer content
- Stay current with best practices, strategies, and industry standards regarding social media marketing and digital marketing in general
- Stay up to date with trends, best practices and platform updates for all social media channels and build this into our strategy. For example: LinkedIn lead generations campaigns, social media viral campaigns, moment marketing, brand banters etc.
- Lead and scale internal influencer marketing tools and analytics to drive rapid growth
- Track and measure the effectiveness of the influencer program. Identify and explore new measurement opportunities for analyzing return on investment
- Develop wrap-up reports to share internally
- Owning an end-to-end reporting workstream which responsibilities include data pulling from multiple tools, data cleaning and standardizing, aggregating and joining large data sets together to pull together a story of client’s influencer campaign performance.
- Crafting visually beautiful insight driven presentations with recommendations.
- Responsible for the analysis, data mining and insight generation of the client’s influencer and social media marketing campaigns and initiatives. Media channels include, but not limited to Social Media, Organic Search, Paid Search, Display, Email and Social Media.
- Experience with Influencer Marketing and Social Media automation platforms
- Strong understanding of pulling data from the web analytics tools. Preferred Google Analytics
- Strong understand of web analytics tags, implementation and quality assurance. Preferred Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of media tools such as Google Ad-words or DCM. Expertise in at least 1 channel is required.
- Manages the development and generation of custom or ad-hoc reports based on client requests
- Accessing and analyzing digital marketing data from a variety of Influencer & Social Media analytic tools in order to create these customized reports and dashboards. In some cases, this data will be delivered to you.
- 5+ years working in social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing
- Experience with organic and paid social media landscape is a must
- Have creative flair that you will leverage to translate our content themes through to execution across channels
- Demonstrated project management experience to lead and deliver multiple content work streams simultaneously
- In-depth understanding of engagement metrics and audience growth strategies
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines associated with a fast-paced culinary and consumer trend cycles
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
- Organized, with great time-management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Detail-oriented & meticulous, with flawless execution. Attention to detail is a must!
- Highly collaborative: you work well with people at all levels, from all backgrounds and celebrate inclusivity
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills & strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Google Analytics), Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Slack, Dropbox, and Facebook Business Manager
- You are well versed in handling and managing Influencer Marketing Tools
- Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools, such as Canva, Sketch, Hootsuite and more
- Experience using social media required and knowledge across IG, TW, FB, LI, Pinterest & YouTube are an absolute must!
