· Analyse Clients or Brands digital engagement (e.g. click-through, ER, Impression)
· Building a monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the clients social media
· Build and support Digital strategies, including optimizing content format, timing, keywords in content marketing projects
· Identify habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience
· Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase the brand awareness
· Coordinate with the Community/Social Manager and the Strategy department to plan and design advertising campaigns
· Research on how emerging social networks and features can benefit our clients asset
· Previous work experience as Data Analyst or Social Media Analyst or similar role
· Knowledge and skills on reading data or information into analysis and takeout
· Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
· In-depth understanding of Social Reports, Social listening SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
· Knowledge on Digital & Social Media platform (IG, FB, Twitter, Youtube, Tik-tok, etc)
· Experience with social media management tools, like Hootsuite, Sprout, Social bakers etc
· Familiarity with online content and platforms (portal, blogs, micro blog, etc)
· Skills on office software like Excels, Word, and Powerpoint / Keynote
· Manage to build presentation slides to present data & Analysis
· Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends
· English & Bahasa communication skills
· Time management and multitasking skills
· Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management is a plus
