Job description for Smart Energy Solution Engineer at Wanbang Digital Energy Pte Ltd
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales technical guidance and training to customers;
2. Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales staff of the company;
3. Leading the solution design for customers;
4. State product performance and characteristics to customers from a technical perspective;
5. Be familiar with the technical route, technical standards, technical parameters and technical specifications of products;
6. Interpret customer SOR (Specification of Requirements)
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
2. At least 2 years of technical support work experience in new energy automobile industry or power electronics industry is preferred
3. Familiar with new energy vehicle industry, electric vehicle charging equipment and other relevant standards
4. Can work under pressure, willing to take challenges, self-motivated, good communication and negotiation skills
5. To have deep market insight and be able to guide customers
6. A quick thinker and react quickly to customer queries
