📍 Position: Site Supervisor
💼 Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Outsourcing
🏢 Placement: Jakarta / Field Deployment (Telecommunication Project)
🔍 Key Requirements:
🔸 Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field.
🔸 Very Good / Fluent English (Mandatory). Must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate directly with foreign project management without any language barriers.
🔸 Must hold a valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certificate and possess a solid background/experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management. (Mandatory)
🔸 Deep understanding of hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies, including Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and HIRADC.
🔸 Proven hands-on experience supervising FTTH (Fiber to the Home) or Backbone Network projects.
🔸 Exceptional communication skills to bridge coordination between clients (customers) and subcontractors.
🔸 High flexibility and willingness to follow the project on out-of-town deployment (Business Trips).
