Site Manager Vacancy
We are looking for a strong and experienced Site Manager to lead construction projects with high discipline and German-standard quality execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction/site management
- Good English communication skills
- Able to understand company expectations and deliver results on site
- Based in Lombok, preferable South Lombok area
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong mentality, resilient, disciplined, hardworking, and solution-oriented
- Highly motivated to achieve high-quality results with German standards
- Knows how to manage, motivate, and control tukang/workers effectively
- Able to handle slow-performing or undisciplined workers professionally
- Understands daily site operations and project coordination
- Able to prepare daily site reports for management
- Able to calculate building material requirements accurately
- Knows suppliers, material shops, and logistics flow, especially in the Torok area
- Able to arrange material purchasing, accommodation, and distribution to project sites
- Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all daily site activities
- Ensure construction quality, progress, and execution meet company standards
- Lead and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor workmanship and maintain German-standard quality control
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
- Calculate and monitor material usage and site needs
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of building materials
- Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensure projects are completed on time and according to target
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in villa, hospitality, or commercial projects is an advantage
- Familiar with drawings, BOQ, scheduling, and construction workflow
- Familiar with Lombok suppliers and construction environment is preferred
