👩‍🏫 Role: Shadow Teacher

As a Shadow Teacher, you’ll be working closely with students who need extra support in the classroom. You’ll also collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure a smooth and supportive learning experience.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Assist students in class to stay engaged with the curriculum

2. Support social, emotional, and academic development

3. Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals

4. Join school events, meetings, and training sessions

5. Report on students’ progress regularly

✅ What You Need:

1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or Education.

2. Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

3. Experience supporting children with additional learning or developmental needs is highly preferred.

4. Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers and parents.

5. Patient, proactive, and able to adapt to different classroom situations.

6. Passionate about supporting children's learning, independence, and emotional development.
