Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Setter Injection Molding.
Memahami proses setting mesin, troubleshooting produk, dan parameter injeksi.
Menguasai teknis bongkar-pasang cetakan (mold) dengan aman dan efisien.
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat (Teknik Mesin/Industri lebih disukai).
Disiplin, jujur, dan bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

Melakukan setup dan adjustment mesin injection molding sesuai standar kualitas.
Menjaga efisiensi produksi dan meminimalkan downtime.
Melakukan pemeliharaan rutin pada mesin dan cetakan.
