About Your Role:
Driving customer-focused value-added services, post-sales services, maintenance, warranty support and strengthened customer relationships.
Job Description:
- Delivering service to customers effectively and on time.
- Provide Technical Support.
- Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery perfomance.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving.
- Providing clear customer feedback.
- Documentation (for quality control, installations, training, maintenance).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Graduate Degree/Master Degree Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable for this positon.
- Good communication, conceptual and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
