Our client, Sunnyhills Delights, is a prominent regional high-end branded F&B retail company in town. If you have an unwavering passion in retail and you're driven in customer service, then you're in luck and this just may be the right opportunity for you!
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service Marketing and promoting the brand and its products including in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Japan
- Collating feedback from customers
- Customer Relationship Management
- Sharing of product information with customers
- Handling of delivery orders through emails & phone calls
- Attending meetings
- Assisting with preparation of tea leaves, brewing of cold tea and cakes for sampling
- Cash register operations
- Keeping the shop clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Singaporeans ONLY Candidates with 1-3 years experience will be at an advantage
- Pleasant and well-groomed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing and willing to work
- Possess a high drive, efficiency and assertiveness
- High initiative and positive attitude
