PT Mitra Solusi Infokom (MSInfokom) is an IT System Integrator specializing in ICT infrastructures, offering comprehensive services in design, implementation, and project management for wired and wireless infrastructures, application and network security, data centers, servers and storage, virtualization and cloud, and VoIP. As we continue to expand our operations in the region, we are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer with a focus on Server, Storage, and Application (SSA) to join our team in Gurah, Kabupaten Kediri, Jawa Timur. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions and contributing to the growth of our company while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site support for server, storage, and application systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, performing system maintenance, assisting with installation and configuration tasks, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The role also involves managing help desk tickets, offering remote support when necessary, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure consistent service delivery. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, or a similar role is required. Proficiency in using ticketing systems, handling help desk requests, and providing customer service is essential. Candidates should have strong skills in network troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, technical support, and remote support. Experience with server and storage technologies, as well as a solid understanding of application systems, will be considered a valuable asset.
