Job description for Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Quesscorp
- Planning and Execution of Recruitment Requirement
- Building and developing recruitment & employee branding system
- Use the internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage the recruitment process and analyze recruitment performance
- Proposing advanced recruitment solutions
- Executing recruitment branding strategy
- Participating in recruitment training, personnel, and hosting events related to Recruitment.
- Report directly to BOD
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Influential profiles on Social Media related to talents is a big advantage.
- Good English communication.
- Consistent with the company's core values: Integrity, Proactivity, Professionalism, Quality, Expertise.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
