Job Description
- Meet and exceed all agreed-upon sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and manage pricing strategies and payment terms to maximize profitability.
- Identify and negotiate new opportunities to increase product sales through business analysis.
- Actively develop existing client services (upsell and cross-sell).
- Ensure the efficient conversion of every qualified lead into a paying client.
- Collect and accurately communicate qualified lead data to the internal TMP team.
- Submit comprehensive sales activity reports to the Sales Administration Manager.
- Collaborate effectively with the Product Marketing team for all pitching requirements.
- Conduct client needs identification and accurately prepares all quotations and proposals.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure the final product meets client needs and matches the sales agreement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Conduct and manage client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on services.
- Manage the sales budget efficiently.
- Prepare detailed sales and promotion analysis reports to inform future strategies.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Marketing, or Finance/Accounting.
- Minimum 3.00/4.00 GPA from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development, with proven success in managing the Full Sales Cycle.
- Prior experience in an Accounting/Tax or professional service firm is a significant plus.
- Strong command of Basic Financial Analysis skills, specifically related to Pricing, Profitability, and Margin Analysis.
- Proficient in Sales Budgeting and Management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for accurate lead tracking and data management.
- Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (especially Excel for data analysis) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with AI Tools used to enhance sales research or process efficiency.
- Target-driven and highly proactive, with exceptional negotiation and convincing skills to close deals.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to lead effective cross-functional collaboration
- Possesses high integrity and analytical thinking while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
