Job description for Senior Sales Executive at Evolution Version Pte. Ltd.
Our product:
We use our Software as a Service for our client. We have an enhanced digital marketing solution on top of WeChat, WhatsApp Business, Facebook and other social media platforms; to help clients increase their closing rate for the Local Market and for expanding into the Chinese market.
Our client:
Property Agents, Insurance Agents, SMEs, MNCs, Schools, Government Agencies
Advantage for sales role:
- Our solution is under grant support, so client can spend little but get more value.
- The individual is the decision maker, so you can close on the spot.
The ideal candidate need to provide proven track record of past sales. He/She MUST be the TOP sales achiever, MVP. Or you can use your own experience, case(s) and your sales logic to prove that you have talent in sales.

BUT if you haven’t hit KPI and you’re caught playing on the job, you will be fired immediately.
The ideal candidate MUST have the grit to learn/produce even without supervision. You’re joining us for the sole purpose of generating more revenue for our company and for yourself.
Requirements:
- Strong Imitation skills. Imitation is the FASTEST way to initiate, after that when you are doing well, then you can upgrade your version. If you are very weak in imitation, then you will not pass the interview.
- Strong communication skills. Have confidence in speaking and you should not stutter frequently (e.g. “ahhh, errrr, ennnn”)
- Strong in skills in building rapport with the client. You’re not here to give the feeling that you’re just giving a sales talk.
- Strong in Cold Call and referral call. Sales is NEVER number game. We believe that all deals have a break in point, the only question is “Did you use strategy to win the game or did you just act like a robot?”
- Good memory. We’ll correct you on the spot, remember it and note it down. The ideal candidate will not need repetition and is able to make sure that he/she does not make that error again.
- Good at close on the spot. Spending a long time to follow up is not our pattern
- Multi tasking capability. Able to analyse your sales pitch and at the same time write down notes during listening recording.
- Systematic person. The ideal candidate is able to follow SOPs, schedule and key in client information, status of call etc properly.
People who have confidence with a proven sales record are welcomed. We’re fast growing, so you can gain a lot at same time.
Other points to note:
The type of salesperson that we will reject:
- “I show you result, but don’t manage me” type of person does not match with our company direction.
- “I join this company just for learning” type of person does not match with our company direction, because we are not a school.
- We’re cool with smokers, but not heavy smokers who needs a puff every 30 minutes.

Salary: Basic + Commission
