We are a fast-growing and well-positioned real estate company in Bali, currently seeking a high-caliber Real Estate Agent to join our team.
This opportunity is best suited for a driven professional with a strong network, commercial mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences within Bali’s dynamic property market.
Location: Full Time - Bali
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage property sales, rental and leasing transactions (villas, land, and commercial assets)
* Cultivate and maintain high-value client relationships
* Conduct private viewings and deliver compelling property presentations
* Handle Indonesian and Foreigner client
* Structure, negotiate, and successfully close deals
* Proactively source new listings and business opportunities
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth
Requirements:
* Indonesian nationality (mandatory)
* Demonstrated track record in real estate sales or leasing
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* *Professional real estate certification is essential*
* Strong negotiation acumen and client-facing skills
* Highly driven, commercially minded, and results-oriented
* In-depth knowledge of the Bali property market is highly advantageous
