Job description for Senior Product Designer at Glints
- Customer development: Ensure the team builds the right product by anchoring the product discovery process with Product Manager to validate value and usability risks
- User experience design: Own the holistic user experience design through prototyping, user testing and interaction and visual design
- Design leadership: Upholds design standards through the design team by sharing knowledge, mentoring other designers and holding the bar in design reviews
- Product discovery:
- Aware of discovery framing and ideation techniques such as opportunity assessment, startup canvas, reverse customer letter, customer interviews
- Well-versed with discovery planning techniques such as story mapping
- Prototyping:
- Knows what types of prototype to build depending on the context, including feasibility prototype, user prototype, live-data prototype, hybrid prototypes
