Job description for Senior Process Safety Engineer at PT Solusi Energy Nusantara
Job Summary :
- Process Safety design with consideration of layer of protection and inherently safer design including facility sitting, layout and spacing, drainage and released system, isolation energy in line with instrumentation and control system and also developing safety critical equipment.
- Develop conceptual safety engineering design, detail process safety engineering with the desired outcome of providing safe and cost effective engineering solution.
- Handling production/engineering of Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) projects
- Understanding Plant Refinery Codes and Standards
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or other equivalent engineering specialization
- At least 5-10 years’ of experience having worked in an engineering set-up for upstream Oil & Gas projects.
- Proficient in plant process conceptual design, process simulation, detail design and commissioning activities is preferred.
- Knowledge of Power Plant, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plant
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Must have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced in the use computer programs applicable to such designs.
