We are in a CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH for a Vietnam-based consumer brand and distribution group with a long operating history in manufacturing, distribution, marketing, research, and brand development. Since 1994, the group has worked across the consumer market, supporting brands with national distribution, logistics infrastructure, market insight, and commercial execution.

We are now looking for a Senior Planning & Procurement / Planning & Procurement Team Leader to help us strengthen the engine behind the brand: planning, purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control, logistics flow, and production readiness.
This is a role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity, where a good forecast, a timely purchase order, or a smart supplier decision can directly impact whether our products reach families on time, at the right quality, and at the right cost.
B. SCOPE OF WORK
- Planning & Production Coordination | Lập kế hoạch
- Develop and manage material, packaging, and production plans aligned with sales forecasts and business targets.
Lập kế hoạch nguyên vật liệu, bao bì và sản xuất.
- Monitor inventory levels across raw materials and finished goods; ensure zero-stockout supply continuity.
Theo dõi tồn kho và đảm bảo cung ứng đúng hạn.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, warehouses, and the Sales team to forecast demand and schedule production runs.
Phối hợp với đơn vị gia công, kho, bộ phận bán hàng …để dự báo nhu cầu và lên kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Proactively identify and analyze risks of shortages or surplus; work cross-functionally to adjust plans in real time.
Phân tích rủi ro thiếu hụt hoặc dư thừa và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để điều chỉnh kế hoạch.
2. Logistics Operations | Vận hành Logistics
- Support logistics operations for both domestic and imported goods.
Hỗ trợ hoạt động logistics cho hàng nội địa và nhập khẩu.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Làm việc với nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo giao hàng đúng hạn và hiệu quả.
- Track orders and resolve basic logistics issues.
Theo dõi đơn hàng và xử lý các vấn đề logistics cơ bản.
- Coordinate the movement of goods and materials between warehouses and subcontractors to meet production and sales needs.
Điều phối hàng hóa và nguyên vật liệu giữa các kho và đơn vị gia công để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất và bán hàng
3. Sourcing & Purchasing | Tìm nguồn & Mua hàng
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Tìm kiếm và đánh giá nhà cung cấp.
- Collect and compare quotations.
Thu thập và so sánh báo giá.
- Assist with contract and documentation processing.
Hỗ trợ xử lý hợp đồng và chứng từ.
- Create purchase orders, track deliveries, and prepare payment documents.
Lên đơn hàng, theo dõi giao hàng và làm chứng từ thanh toán.
- Maintain supplier records and databases.
Quản lý hồ sơ và dữ liệu nhà cung cấp.
4. Quality Control | Kiểm soát chất lượng
- Coordinate with testing centers for annual product inspections.
Phối hợp với trung tâm kiểm nghiệm để kiểm tra sản phẩm định kỳ hàng năm.
- Work with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality-related issues.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận và nhà cung cấp để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng hàng hóa và nguyên vật liệu.

C. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain operations — ideally in an FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environment.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực mua hàng và lập kế hoạch trên 3 năm
- Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, demand planning models, and inventory tracking are second nature to you.
- Working English proficiency for reading supplier documentation, import/export paperwork, and internal reports.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Background in import/export documentation or cross-border logistics.
- Passion for Vietnamese food culture, heritage brands, or the FMCG industry.
