Senior Technical Recruitment & HR Operation Executive, Senior

- Fulltime Remote, 10am-7pm SGT, Monday to Friday. We don’t open for part-time & 2nd-job
Requirements to highlight:
- Must be fluent in English.
- Prefer have professional experience with HR practices for Singapore employees, including payroll, leave administration
- Talent Acquisition Accountability (Priority): must have been directly responsible for hiring technical talent in their most recent role, preferably for Singapore-based employees. Candidates who have only acted as coordinators or liaisons with external recruitment agencies will not be considered.
- HR Operations Ownership (prefer): must have hands-on experience managing payroll, claims, and performance appraisals for Singapore employees in their most recent employment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Recruitment and HR Operations Executive is known as a People Partner and Hiring Partner, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and achieving critical hiring goals, while also promoting a positive employee experience. In support our mission, you will be responsible for the following:
Attracting Talent and Recruitment:
- Propose, plan, and execute recruitment processes and activities to strategically attract and secure the best candidates.
- Own all activities for potential candidate selection, shortlisting, interviewing, benchmarking, and offering of contracts.
- Administer all screening interviews effectively by asking deep, probing questions to assess candidates thoroughly against organizational needs, culture fit, and role scope—moving beyond surface-level answers.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to execute social media storyboard/landing page/job postings on our social media presence.
- Upkeep and develop new effective recruitment channels (Referrals, Career fairs, campus, e2i, etc) and recommend design and communication for recruitment collaterals.
Strategic End-to-End Recruitment Ownership:
- Be the primary driver responsible for ensuring we meet all high-urgency hiring targets across all departments. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technical talent.
- Demonstrate strategic hiring partner ownership and was directly responsible for ensuring hiring goals are achieved.
- Deliver high-urgency hiring goals across various company positions across departments.
Orientation:
- Facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Manage and prepare all preboarding, onboarding, and operational paperwork, schedules, and filing.
- Be the main source of ideas and initiator for employee engagement activities/programs.
General HR Responsibilities:
- Manage Payroll, CPF, and all employee-related matters such as leave entitlements, compensation, and benefits, and submit all statutory claims - childcare, maternity, NS makeup claims, etc.
- Execute exit formalities and conduct exit interviews.
- Participate in and handle government surveys, grants, and claims.
- Be the point of contact on HR topics such as policy clarification, benefits administration, and use of HR systems.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of successful end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-moving and agile environment, with a proven track record of meeting urgent hiring goals.
- Exceptional proficiency in screening and interviewing, with the ability to ask probing questions to deeply assess a candidate's fit for the organization's needs, culture, and scope.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, interviewing, and closing technical talent.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and energetic start-up environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, follow-through, and results orientation, ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
- Technically competent with Singapore’s regulations, trends, and best practices
- Demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative.
- Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
- Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal skills in the English language.
- Ability to understand key HR metrics, such as engagement and retention, and employee value and performance.
