- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from the very begining and retain talents for all levels and various positions
- Identify key sourcing channels and most efficient screening, interviewing practice
- Managing the interview process and candidate contacts
- Able to write Job Description based on Users’s need
- Facilitate all communication with headhunters and various agencies
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan for employee
- Maintain and handle private insurance for Management
- Would have some additional executive assistant responsibilities.

- English proficiency is a MUST, both oral and written.
- A Bachelor degree is required. Majoring in Psychology would be great.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels of the organization and stakeholder.
- Good understanding and knowledge regarding human capital.
- Good understanding regulatory compliance matters, particularly with respect to the prevailing laws and regulations employment.
- Able to work in tight schedule and under pressure, fast-learner, multitasker and highly organized in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Exceptional CAN-DO ATTITUDE with minimum supervision.
