About this role
As a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect, you will need to build a trusted relationship with our customers and partners. You will craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of mlytics services, including MCDN, Digital Experience Monitoring (Pulse), Service Orchestration, Origin Shield, and many more. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent mlytics within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management. You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using best practices, and proactively keep your customers’ mlytics environments operationally healthy. The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value from mlytics.
You will meet with customers and trusted partners regularly to communicate mlytics's product and business value. You will maintain a deep understanding of mlytics' solutions so that you can lead value-added customer conversations, understand customers' needs, and communicate these needs back to internal teams to drive innovation to ensure long-term customer success.
You will act as an internal escalation point for customer requests including business and technical-related questions. You will advocate for customers internally and balance the needs of the customer with the business needs of mlytics.

>Solid technology background and ability to resolve technical problems
<>Requirements
>Technical degree in computer science or equivalent
>3 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in application delivery, security, or infrastructure.
>10+ years of experience or equivalent as Presales, Solution architect in CDN, Cloud, APM , and Security technology companies.
>Proven track record working in large, complex customer-facing environments responsible for the technical sales cycle and influencing C-level stakeholders.
>Any technical certification from principal vendors in Cloud, Content Delivery >Network, Security, Application Performance Monitoring space. For example aws solution architect associate, Microsoft certified security operation analyst, CSSP…etc.
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working with a cross-functional team or acting as a virtual team leader to drive business impact.
>Strong in verbal and written communication both in English and Mandarin Chinese
Role & Responsibility in OKR Format:
O: Help Customers Maximize the ROI from Mlytics Product’s Value
KR: Working backward from customers' business objectives and coming up with tailored mlytics solutions or even innovative ideas to meet customers’ business objectives.
KR: Develop relationships and provide strategic guidance to enterprise customers
KR: Own and responsible to design architecture diagrams best fit customers’ requirements.
KR: Ease onboarding (+ adoption) with tech and process solutions
KR: Provide advanced troubleshooting during Presales & Onboarding Phase
KR: Communicate and manage product issues to relevant internal teams
O: Help Customers Succeed
KR: Work hand in hand with Mlytics customer success team to understand customers’ key business objectives.
KR: Complete new strategic product & Solution guide
KR: Expand customer success training program
KR: Develop detailed customer profiles
KR: Conduct customer chats (and interviews)
KR: Determine use challenges (functionality, implementation, training, etc.)
KR: Develop a database of problems for product training feature
KR: Own, shape and deliver “Proof of Concept”, and pre-sales activities with the GTM team.
O: Help Your team and company succeed
KR: Lead by example and follow mlytics six core value
KR: Follow mlytics agile framework, be a great practitioner, a great mentor, and an evangelist
<>Preferred Requirements
>Overseas working experience.
>Hands-on experience for any type of DevOps methodology and tools.
