- Working in IoT R&D team to develop manufacture process for IoT device on e-bike (eg. Battery, Motor FOC controller, handlebar display controller, GPS tracking, 4G/BLE connectivity, Smart display...)
- Define workflow, SOP, QC, testing, checklist specification document.
- Prototyping and implement tooling for testing IoT device in manufacturing/assembling, including hardware, firmware and software development (eg. jig test tooling) to maximize automated test, ensure to control both quality and quantity for production.
- Manage parts/components quality and quantity coming from supplier before processing assembly.
- Generate report about parts/components statistic/forecast, as well as supplier performance/capacity/ability.
- Search, conduct, evaluate, propose new supplier to optimize cost/timeline and improve productivity.
- Evaluate product design on production aspect, give feedback and improve product design to maximize productivity.
- Involve to other teams (mechanic, mobile apps, backend) to define, plan, design, develop, test and ship new products
- Generate related technical/manual document for team / factory training.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience with electronic engineering. Experience with firmware and software development for production is an advantage.
- Hardware skill to read/design schematic/PCB in (ideally in OrCAD/Altium/KiCAD), including but not limited to design (schematic/layout), prototyping, evaluation, validation and production.
- Experience in working with manufacture workflow/procedure, good mindset in system architecture, automated production / testing development an advantage.
- Experience in working on e-Bike, e-scooter, EV or Hybrid system area is a big plus.
- Experience in development for high power BLDC motor controller using FOC technique, high capacity/voltage/current li-ion battery and BMS/charging, DC/DC buck/boost power regulator.
- Mindset/experience in debugging embedded system using serial log, in-system debugger with IDE an advantage.
- Any high-level programming language: python, js, shell scripting…
- Baisc knowledge about RTOS, communication protocol (TCP/IP, MQTT, BLE…) and versioning control with git.
- Solid understanding of product development life cycle.
- Basic in mechanical design with AutoCAD or SolidWork, ability in creating tooling prototyping with 3D printer.
-Well speaking and writing in English.
-Always to keep up to date, willing to learn new technologies in IoT device manufacture.
