Job description for Senior Corporate Account Executive (Training in BNSP & Kemnaker Certification Program) at PT IPDC Consulting & Advisory

Responsibilities

* Mempromosikan dan memasarkan program pelatihan serta sertifikasi BNSP dan program terkait Kemnaker.

* Mengidentifikasi peluang kerja sama dengan perusahaan, instansi, atau individu yang membutuhkan program training dan sertifikasi.

* Mengembangkan strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan jumlah peserta pada program BNSP dan Kemnaker.

* Melakukan pendekatan dan presentasi kepada calon klien terkait program training dan sertifikasi yang ditawarkan.

* Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien serta mitra perusahaan.

* Melakukan follow up terhadap calon peserta atau perusahaan yang tertarik dengan program yang ditawarkan.

* Mencapai target penjualan atau peserta program yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan.

* Menyusun laporan aktivitas pemasaran dan perkembangan prospek secara berkala.

Requirements

* Minimal Diploma / Sarjana (D3/S1) di bidang Marketing, Manajemen, Komunikasi, atau bidang terkait.

* Memiliki pengalaman di bidang marketing, sales, atau business development (diutamakan di bidang training BNSP certification).

* Memiliki pengetahuan atau pemahaman mengenai program BNSP dan Kemnaker menjadi nilai tambah.

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang baik.

* Proaktif, target-oriented, dan memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam mencapai target penjualan.

* Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.

* Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Office dan platform komunikasi digital.

* Memiliki kemampuan networking dan relationship building yang baik.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ year experience in marketing or sales (B2B is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and result-driven
  • Able to prepare proposals and presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
