Job description for Senior Copywriter (CRM) at Ruangguru
- Quickly learn business lines, product details, and legal or channel parameters to produce effective copy
- Produce technically accurate copy that adheres to brand tone and standards for channels including: Email, Push Notification, In App Story, What’s App, Pop Up.
- Know how to work with a creative brief and strategy deck Work on tight timelines, both with and without a complete creative brief
- Achieve expectations with minimal day-to-day managerial oversight and a high degree of accountability Ability to identify, or seek support in identifying, appropriate actions in response to processes, projects, and problems
- Effectively problem solve with creative to address challenges or gaps Produce compelling marketing copy to promote a range of dynamic offerings.
- Have a strong understanding CRM Channel Confidently assess campaign results and understand what makes a good A/B test.
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders on how best to achieve their objectives.
- Proactively manage and meet deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Use your subject matter expertise to help elevate our CRM marketing strategy.
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience in a B2C environment, agency or in-house creative team
- Bachelor degree level in either a marketing or business related qualification
- Portfolio samples that demonstrate successful messaging that is tailored to audience and channel including email, push, pop up , what’sapp
- Ability to quickly learn project management systems and follow new processes, required
- Ability to effectively learn and apply brand guidelines to create brand-right messaging, and a dedication collaborative, deadline-driven outcomes
- Experience producing copy for digital platforms and interfaces (and a portfolio of your work)
- Ability to simplify complex branding concepts into digestible prose that guides users through our digital experiences
- An iterative and feedback-driven approach to writing, testing and editing copy
- Desire to promote marketing concepts and best practices
- Ability to move quickly while keeping an eye on the details
- Has a passion for education and in particular K-12 and lifelong learning
