- Strategic thinking/data mindset: Ability to analyze and make decisions based on complex data
- Fast-paced, fast execution: Able to execute and deliver tasks given within a certain period of time targeted
- Collaborative: Good communication skills, can work together with other departments, sharing OKR dependencies
- B2B/ B2C Sales experience: Minimum 1-year experience in any sales activity from generating leads to closing deals
- Account Management: Manages sales and relationships with clients and candidates. maintains the company's existing relationships with hiring partners to ensure long-lasting partnerships
- Leadership & People Development: Able to drive the team’s performance by training, coaching, and developing team members’ skills.
