- Be a master sales person individually and set an excellent example to the team by clocking in consistent sales month after month.
- Acquire new business for the company (At least $70,000 per month of sales on average is expected)
- Constantly build the pipeline of clients
- Achieve revenue targets set by company
- Build and scale a sales team
- Report your sales and activities daily
- Create a summary report and dashboard for weekly management updates
- Track the sales team daily
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development in professional services, digital industry experience preferred.
- Track record with selling at least $500,000 worth of digital services over your career.
- Very organized
- Extremely Meticulous
- Able to handle extremely challenging situations and the pressure of a high performance culture
- Have a previous track record with winning deals
- Have experience with growing business development in a service company
- Connections to SME networks a big bonus
