Job description for Senior Barista at Seniman Coffee Studio
Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Senior Barista
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, manual brew, grind size, extraction, milk steaming)
Able to operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, brewer, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in bar spirit/basic cocktails and beverage mixing
Able to prepare both coffee and non-coffee beverages according to company standards
Skilled in latte art and beverage presentation
Understands hygiene, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
Good communication and customer service skills
Able to supervise, guide, and support junior barista team members
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Disciplined, responsible, proactive, and has strong work ethic
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
