Job description for Senior Barista at HighGround Coffee
What you'll do:
- Lead day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all beverage offerings.
- Monitor bar standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
- Support, guide, and mentor junior baristas.
- Act as the person in charge (PIC) of the bar during operational hours.
Requirements:
- Male/Female, 20-25 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience.
- Passionate about coffee and hospitality.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and has good interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leading and working within a team.
- Available on weekends and public holidays.
