Deskripsi pekerjaan :

Menangani pertanyaan, permintaan, dan keluhan pelanggan melalui telepon, email, dan chat.
Memberikan solusi yang tepat dan melakukan tindak lanjut terhadap setiap kasus sesuai dengan SLA yang berlaku.
Mendokumentasikan setiap interaksi pelanggan ke dalam sistem secara akurat.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan penyelesaian kasus pelanggan.
Mematuhi SOP, kebijakan perusahaan, dan standar kualitas layanan.
Berkontribusi dalam menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dan mencapai target kinerja tim.

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 dengan IPK minimal 2,75.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Call Center Agent
Terbiasa menggunakan Salesforce atau sistem CRM lainnya.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift sampai jam 22:00
Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta.
Dapat bergabung secepatnya.
