- Preferably at least around 3 years of related or relevant experience or role in a Software As A Service (SaaS) company would be a plus
- Excellent customer service, account management, and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suites
- Good Negotiation and problem-solving skills
