We are looking for a professional SEM / Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. This role requires someone who can move fast, think strategically, and manage campaigns with strong daily discipline.
Our client so far is on healthcare and construction sector.
You will work closely with our internal team using Odoo CRM for task flow and client coordination, and you will build reporting using Looker Studio + Google Sheets.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizen (WNI) and currently based in Indonesia
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on SEM / Performance Marketing experience (not entry-level).
- Proven experience running ads on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube if applicable)
- TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions from data.
- Able to work with:
- Looker Studio, Google Sheets
- GA4 / GTM basics (tracking knowledge is required)
- Fast response, disciplined, and hard-working
- Comfortable working in a structured system:
- Clock-in/out using Trackabi
- Task management using Odoo CRM
- Portfolio is mandatory:
- Provide links/screenshots of campaigns you managed
- Include results (CPA/CPL/ROAS, spend range, growth metrics)
- Reference is mandatory:
- Provide 1–2 people we can contact to validate your work (name, role, contact)Experience handling multiple clients or agency-side work.

- Experience with CAPI, feed-based ads, ecommerce, or high-volume lead gen.

Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities)
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Build paid ads strategy quickly when requested for new prospects or clients (lead gen, sales, traffic, awareness).
- Create campaign structure, funnel strategy, targeting plan, budget split, and KPI targets.
- Provide clear recommendations based on client goals and business model.
- Ads Execution (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Set up and manage campaigns end-to-end (account structure, audiences, keywords, creatives, bidding, placements).
- Handle retargeting, lookalikes, conversion campaigns, and full funnel execution.
- Ensure proper naming conventions, documentation, and clean campaign architecture.
- Tracking & Measurement
- Set up and validate tracking: Pixel, CAPI (if needed), GA4, GTM, conversion events, UTMs.
- Ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues with the team when needed.
- Daily Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor performance daily (spend pacing, CPL/CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, frequency, CPM/CPC).
- Optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, bids, and landing page alignment.
- Identify problems early and propose fast fixes.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Run structured A/B tests (creative angles, hooks, audiences, placements, bidding strategy, landing pages).
- Document learnings and turn insights into repeatable playbooks.
- Reporting & Client Updates
- Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for clients.
- Maintain reporting in Google Sheets (weekly/monthly performance, experiments, insights, next actions).
- Present results clearly in English when needed (written updates and meetings).
- Workflow & Communication
- Use Odoo CRM to manage tasks, update statuses, and keep documentation organized.
- Coordinate asset needs with the team (copy, creative, landing page requirements).
- Be responsive during working hours and keep communication clear, fast, and professional.
