Job description for Security Officer (Night Shift) at PT. Dachin Etech Global
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or Diploma (D3) in any field; certification in security training (Gada Pratama/Gada Madya) is a strong advantage.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an internal Security Officer, preferably in a warehouse, industrial, or retail facility environment.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat (KITIC Area), WFO 100%, and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily reporting and checklist documentation.
- Proficient in operating CCTV monitoring systems and reviewing footage to identify irregularities or security breaches.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate gate logs, visitor records, and incident reports.
- Familiarity with vendor and third-party zone compliance, including verifying access permissions and enforcing site protocols.
- Physically fit, alert, and able to work in shifts if required, including standing for extended periods and responding quickly to emergencies.
- Able to work night shift (including weekend if required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily CCTV health checks and review and maintain gate logs for all incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, visitors, and goods to ensure full traceability.
- Monitor vendor zone compliance, ensuring third-party personnel follow site rules, access only authorized areas, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Report and document any security incidents, suspicious activity, or policy violations in a structured incident report, escalating promptly to the Warehouse Manager.
- Perform and sign off on the weekly security checklist, covering perimeter checks, equipment status, lighting, locks, and emergency exits..
- Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, including fire, medical incidents, or unauthorized entry, following established SOPs.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence at the gate and across facility checkpoints to deter security risks and reinforce a safe environment.
- Support investigations by retrieving relevant CCTV footage and providing accurate, timestamped observations when requested.
- Continuously identify and recommend improvements to security procedures based on field observations and recurring issues and coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, GA, HR).
