- Understand business process
- Assist director in handling business/project
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- mplementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Organizing documents and paperwork and maintaining a filing system
- Keep and maintain the confidentiality of the company's original documents.
- Monitoring petty cash disbursements
- Must posess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial/Law/Accounting/Communication from
- reputable university with GPA 3.00
- Good looking, maximal age 28 years old
- Having at least 1 years experience as Secretary to Director or Personal Assistant
- Required skill: corporate secretarial administrative, good communication, negotiation, high curiousity,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet litterate
- Fluent in English
- Honest, thorough, hard working and self motivated person
- Have loyality, high integrity, responsibility, and spirited leader.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Preferably able to drive
- Placement: Bintara, Bekasi Barat
- Working days: Monday - Saturday
