Job description for Scrum Master at Travelio
Responsibilities :
1. Determine and understand end-users needs and desires
2. Manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality of work
3. Maintained the backlog, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
4. Ensure the creation/development of systems/applications and procedures to be implemented are in accordance with user requirements
5. Collaborate with Developer team in managing project management functions in the development of information technology systems including planning, monitoring until the project is completed
6. Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
7. Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
Requirements :
1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in computer Science or related field
2. 1-2 years of working experience in the field of product management
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Creative and analytical thinker
6. Attention to details
